Specifically, Erin examined our property with a buyers' eye, offered staging suggestions, and through her research of the neighborhood she helped us price the home very effectively. Our home essentially sold the first weekend. Having a hectic schedule with elder-care issues and helping with grandkids activities and schedules, the minimal time our house being up for sale was a cherry on top for us! Maria far exceeded my expectations of what interacting with a realtor would be like as a first time homebuyer. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and houses in general.
