Erin was absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish. She helped us both buy our home and later sell it in the Columbus/Grandview area, and we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor through either process. She was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and always had our best interests in mind. Buying a home can be stressful enough, but having someone you completely trust in your corner made a huge difference. Jim was a pleasure to work with from start to finish on our purchase in the Clintonville neighborhood. His patient but down to earth style was perfect for navigating the complexities of our home search. His replies to our many inquiries, questions, and concerns were all prompt, thorough, and very professional. We found it easy to schedule house showings with him and to talk about strategies for preparing offers. We quickly learned to trust his opinions as information or suggestions he provided ultimately checked out to be consistent and accurate time and time again. One of the things I most appreciated in my experience working with Jim was his ability to provide clear, concise explanations while giving us the space we needed to ultimately make our own decisions. Throughout the process I felt that Jim cares deeply about his work. And I’m happy to report I’m loving my new home!

Jerri was pleasure with which to work through the purchasing process. She accommodated by schedule and requirements. Her suggestions were prudent and helpful. She helped me navigate the purchasing process from 100 miles away to a city and area I had very little knowledge. I am very please with her and my choice.

Deb has helped us with three home purchases. She is responsive, nice, and looks out for our best interest. Long story, but when my wife and I were looking to buy our first house, I looked young. Several agents wouldn’t give us the time of day based on my looks and how I dressed (until they found out I am a pharmacist, and all of a sudden their tone changed). Deb was the first agent who treated us with respect without judgment. Hopefully this is our last home purchase, but if it’s not we’ll choose Deb again!

She wasn't very helpful in the price negotiations. She was very knowledgeable about the market. I had mentioned about the items the seller left behind and didn't get a response. Now we're trying to figure out what to do with these items. At times I got the impression I was bothering her when I texted her.
